We are currently pre-leasing for August 2021.
These are very nice properties with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths in an excellent location close to the Hilton and right on the shuttle route. They are really beautiful - completely remodeled kitchen (new cabinets, counters, appliances) and bathrooms, tile floors throughout, great fireplace in living room, Hunter ceiling fans in all bedrooms and kitchen and living room, washer and dryer provided in unit. All bedrooms have spacious closets with custom, built-in shelving.
They have off-street, dedicated parking in the rear of the unit. The back yards are fenced. Our units are pet-friendly and we provide lawn service and quarterly pest treatments.
