Quality Duplex Rentals in College Station, Texas

General Information
A&R Management has been renting duplexes in College Station since 1996. Our properties are in prime locations - all are located on the Texas A&M shuttle routes. We have very few units and pride ourselves on keeping them updated with the latest amenities. Our properties have tile floors, fireplaces, ceiling fans and also include washer/dryer, dishwasher, and microwave. Several have garages, and all have dedicated parking. Our units are pet-friendly with fenced yards. We provide lawn service and quarterly pest treatments.

We are a member of the Texas Apartment Association (TAA) and use TAA leases and rental applications.
Renting From Us
We usually sign leases for August early in the preceding spring and often all our units are rented before the end of the spring semester. Generally, we offer one or two year leases starting in mid-August. Occassionally, tenants wish to move in earlier in the summer (e.g., May or June) and this can often be accommodated if the existing tenants wish to move out early.

Online Rental Application
The first step in renting from us is to complete a RENTAL APPLICATION which is hosted by the Texas Apartment Association (TAA). We also use the TAA electronic leases, and they pull in much of the required information directly from the application saving you the trouble of providing it more than once.
